"From a parcel of white clay, the 2016 Cairanne la Ferme de Gaby is a blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Carignan and 15% Syrah. Aged in stainless steel and concrete, it shows wonderful purity in its raspberry and green peppercorn aromas. Darker berries emerge on the full-bodied palate, which boasts ample concentration and ripe, supple tannins. It should drink well for at least 4-5 years."–J.C.
