This Cabernet Sauvignon has an opaque purple color and shows aromas of sweet fruits, dark cherry, black berries, licorice and graphite. The mouth has a very soft palate with silky tannins, blueberries and loam. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 14 months which gives it an extra layer of flavor & intensity. Pairs well with filet mignon, roasted duck or red sauce pasta.
