A wine with a typically rich flavor. There is a hint of dark chocolate and black forest fruits leading on to a soft velvety palate – Barossa Shiraz at its finest.

The grapes are picked at night to retain freshness. Then they are pressed off their skins six days later and allowed to go through the secondary, or malolactic, fermentation. It's a result of a long maturation with a combination of American and French oak.
