Every hill, really every vineyard, produces its own particular “Dolcetto” with well-differentiated and easily individual characteristics.  Due to the soil composition, rich with mineral salts, the Dolcetto from this region presents a venosity and great richness of gustative and olfactory sensations that distinguishes and characterizes it. A ruby red color with hints of violet that fade in time; a delicate floral bouquet; intense, ample, and persistent; a full, fresh, fruity taste that is dry, complex, and harmonious.
