Casa 441. Los Frailes has been owned by the same family since 1771. A 165 hectare organic estate in the Valley dels Alforins (Valencia) where house, cellar, vineyards, Mediterranean forest, olive and almond trees, sheep and bees form a living farm organism. Certified organic since 2002 and implementing biodynamic agriculture, this wine reflect the singular expression of its Mediterranean terroir.
The nose shows good intensity and certain elegance a mixture of red berries, some fennel, Mediterranean herbs and spices. The palate is medium-bodied, with very fine tannins, clean, delineated flavors and good freshness.
