Organic. Intense, deep garnet red. Smells spicy with plum, cherry, and a hint of raspberry. Soft, velvety, full bodied, and with a slight aromatic lingering aftertaste. Excellent with most red and grilled meat, game, or with hard-textured mature cheese.
