A 100% New York State Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced from local Canajoharie grains. Our upscale proprietary bourbon is a four-grain mash bill of 70% corn, and 30% oat, rye and barley. This small batch bourbon ages for two to three years in various sized new oak barrels. Blended from all three, this whiskey is overflowing with copious notes of “band-aid” on the nose and starts with an abundance of clove and allspice on the front end, finishing gently with notes of burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey.
