Jamses Suckling

"A concentrated and ripe Bordeaux blend from the Cadillac-Côtes de Bordeaux estate of Denis Dubourdieu on the right bank of the Garonne. Rich aromas of ripe cherry, chicory root and smoky violets. The palate is classic and Old World, with dried fig, Montmorency cherry and plenty of dusty black bramble fruits. Savoury herbal notes and sasparilla complexity lift the finish." - Decanter

"The 2019 Reynon retains the graphite notes on the classic nose, which is nicely poised with good intensity. The medium-bodied palate features crunchy black fruit ad, again, a touch of graphite leading to a brisk, black-pepper-infused finish. Classy...and perhaps with more to give with bottle age." - Vinous

"This is very floral with lilacs and rosemary flowers, as well as currants and blackberries. It’s medium-bodied with firm, juicy tannins and savory sensibility. Give it time to open, but very well done for the vintage from this appellation." - James Suckling
