This Chardonnay comes from the French region of Chablis (north of Burgundy) which is famous for its dry white wines renowned for the purity of their aroma and taste. The terroir of the calcareous soil and cooler climate gives and maintain high green apple-like acidity. A racy wine, with remarkably complex bouquet and strong mineral notes, suggesting aromas of acacia flowers, lemon and honey. Ideal with hors d'oeuvre, white meats and fish.
