A lovely unoaked Chardonnay that, because of its full malolactic fermention, also offers good weight and texture. There's a nice mixture of red apple and white peach fruit notes upfront along with an underpinning of fresh baked bread. The palate is weighty, while the wine finishes with a nice white pepper kick.
