Finished in new and used french oak for six months, this bourbon starts smooth and clean on the palette, picking up interesting middle palette notes of clove and nutmeg before finally giving way to a lightly burnt caramel and sweet vanilla finish. All in all, a very smooth and pleasant young bourbon meant to be enjoyed either neat or on the rocks.
